Curriculum Development, Management,
Execution and Oversight

Our team of Curriculum Developers includes Nurse Educators (RN) who serve as medical and simulation content subject matter experts (SMEs) for developing curriculum related to simulation technology that includes, but is not limited to, human patient simulators, online courseware, virtual training, serious medical gaming technology, standardized patients, immersive virtual environments, and task trainers individually or in combination.

Our team of curriculum developers evaluates simulation technologies and adjuncts to meet training gaps and assist with the planning for deployment of such technologies and adjuncts to appropriate simulation sites. They also stay abreast of current medical management practices and use that knowledge to adapt curriculum products.

Training Effectiveness
Evaluations

We evaluate simulation technologies and adjuncts to meet training gaps and assist with planning for deployment of such technologies and adjuncts to appropriate simulation sites. We ensure that training is evaluated by metrics/survey. Results are tabulated, collated, shared, and coordinated with education and training personnel/Simulation Center site leadership and other designated stakeholders. TSG integrates simulations into organizational training initiatives to help ensure the training customer has the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet operational requirements.

- Simulation Site Management and Site Operations
